Credit/Debit Cards

To add to your playing account using Credit/Debit cards:

  • Enter your private room
  • Select the deposit link
  • Select payment system from the list
  • Indicate the amount you would like to add and press the Deposit button
  • Type the complete name on the card
  • On the Moneybookers page, please follow instructions
  • Enter card number ( 16 digits long on the front of the card)
  • Enter expiry date of card
  • Enter CVV2 code
  • Click Next to continue
  • If your card supports 3D secure or Master Code Secure code technology you will be redirected to your bank's webpage to enter a code.

BetVoyager accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Diners Club cards. The minimum deposit sum is €2. Transfers happen within a few minutes. BetVoyager does not charge any fee. Cardholder's name must be the same as the name that was used for registration. In the worst case scenario, the account will be immediately suspended.

If your deposit was denied but you had enough funds, the problem usually is that your request didn't pass the risk system of your bank. To solve this issue, you must contact the bank that issued your card and follow their instructions. Your deposit may have also been denied for the following reasons:

  • Wrong card number
  • Wrong Expiry Date
  • Wrong CVC2 code
  • Not enough funds
  • Gambling blocked for your card and country

To withdraw funds from your playing account using Credit/Debit cards:

  • Enter your private room
  • Select the withdrawal link
  • Select Credit/Debit cards from the list of payment systems
  • Indicate the amount you would like to withdraw and press the Withdrawal button
  • Confirm the payment sum and press the OK button

Transfer usually takes about 3-5 business days. The minimum withdrawal sum is €55. Commission for each withdrawal is €3. Withdrawals can be made to cards that have already been used for deposits. Please keep in mind that for security reasons, we need to verify the identity of all credit card holders before approval. Due to this, we may need to request clear picture scans or copies of the following documents:

Card - A copy of both sides of the card registered to your account, clearly showing your signature.

Identity - A copy of your passport or driving license.

Address - A copy of Bank statement or Utility bill.

For security purposes, we recommend blocking out the middle six digits on the front side of the card and the CVV2 code on back side of the Credit or Debit Card prior to sending.
