Definitions

- Partner is an individual or company that is registered on the BetCruise.com site and has entered correct information, agreed with the Terms of Participation in the Partnership Program, and completely follows the Terms of Participation in the Partnership Program.

- Partnership links are a unique URL that BetCruise has generating specifically for the Partner. We will track the work done by the Partner through this unique link for the duration of the term of the Agreement and send the Partner compensation.

- Player is a person that is registered on the BetCruise site through the partner link.

- Deposit is money transferred by the player to a playing account on the BetCruise portal.

- Partner compensation is a fixed sum in accordance with conditions fulfilled by the player that will be paid to the Partner, and calculated exclusively by data accumulated by the BetCruise portal.

Rights and obligations

- The BetCruise portal is obliged to pay to the Partner's playing account the required compensation after completion of the conditions outlined below. The size of the payment will be determined on the basis of BetCruise portal data that is received through data transmitted by the partner link.

- The BetCruise portal can change any of the conditions contained in this Agreement at any time at its own discretion, and publish a new Agreement on the BetCruise site.

- A Partner can at any time request withdrawal of compensation from his account on the BetCruise portal. Such request will be handled according to the standard terms regarding withdrawals. There is no commission taken from a Partner's compensation.

- A Partner may only use marketing tools approved by the BetCruise portal (banners, icons, screenshots, text, html-code, etc.) and may not change them without prior approval by the portal. Partners may only use marketing tools from the special page of marketing tools on the BetCruise site (this page will be accessible after approval of one of the Partner's sites).

- Neither the partner, nor family, nor friends of the partner can make Deposits through the partner link, directly or indirectly, for personal use, or in order to illegally raise the amount of compensation.

Payment

Calculation of the size of the Partner compensation occurs automatically (based exclusively on data in the BetCruise system, through an accounting of data generated from the Partner link) beginning from when the administration approves registering the Partner to the moment that the Partner compensation is calculated.

Partner compensation is sent after the player completes one of two conditions. Compensation is paid upon the first completed condition.

- First condition: a player must make a deposit and lose 25 euros in the BetVoyager casino. Upon completion of this condition, a Partner will receive 25 euros on his playing account.

- Second condition: a player must make a deposit of not less than 10 euros and place it on any of the BetRaiser poker tables or make a bet on the BetLiner betting exchange. As soon as the sum has been placed on a playing table, the partner will receive 20 euros on his playing account.

A Partner can receive compensation for a player only one time. Therefore, upon completion of the first condition, the second condition is no longer valid.

Compensation will not be paid if the player that fulfilled the condition already had a playing account on the portal, if the portal has grounds to believe that the playing account belongs to the Partner, or if the player's deposit was rolled back by the payment system.

The BetCruise portal reserves the right to cancel this Agreement if it decides that the Partner's site is inappropriate. Inappropriate sites are sites geared to minors under 18 years old, show child pornography or other illegal sexual acts, encourage violence or discrimination on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality, physical handicap, sexual orientation, age, encourage illegal behavior, violate intellectual property laws, or violate laws of the country where the site is located or other laws.
